Zip Line Over the Royal Gorge!

Looking for an adrenaline kick you’ll never forget? Fly over the Royal Gorge on the highest zip line in North America! On the Cloudscraper Zip Line, you’ll soar 1,200 feet above the Arkansas River. State-of-the-art harnesses and braking systems make this a hands-free, hair-raising ride you have to experience to believe.

  • Age 10 and Over ONLY
  • Riders under the age of 16 must have a parent or legal guardian present.
  • Riders under 18 must have a legal guardian sign the minor’s waiver.
  • All Zip Line riders must sign the Royal Gorge Bridge waiver.
  • Required to Ride – Weight: 100 to 245 lbs AND Height: between 4′ and 6’10” tall. (Wind can change this requirement.)
  • Guests with physical conditions should not ride the Zip Line.

How to Ride

The Cloudscraper Zip Line is located inside the Royal Gorge Bridge & Park, and there are two ways to get to the Zip Line ride:

OPTION #1: Purchase a Royal Gorge Bridge & Park Admission and Zip Line Package. You drive yourself to the park, stay as long as you’d like, walk across the famous Royal Gorge Bridge, do the Zip Line, and see the other attractions at your leisure. Spend an hour, or spend the day — it’s totally up to you! Click the “Royal Gorge Zip Line & Bridge Tickets” photo in the Zip Line Packages section below to check current prices and availability.

OPTION #2: Book a Royal Gorge 1/2 Day Jeep Tour & Zip Line Package by Colorado Jeep Tours. Royal Gorge off-road jeep tours are about 3.5 hours long, and leave from (and return to) Cañon City. During the jeep tour, they drive you to (and through) the Royal Gorge Park, stopping for zip line riders to zip across the gorge, then continue on the jeep tour, concluding back in Cañon City. If there are people in your party who want to jeep, but NOT want to ride the Zip, they would book the Royal Gorge Jeep Tour and simply stay in the jeep while the others ride the Zip.
